There will be an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on Monday 24th January 2011 at Liverpool Victoria RC.
The meeting has been called at the request of the Executive to consider the following.
Adopt the new constitution. (A copy of the current and revised constitution is being sent out with this notice).
Adopt the revised Forward Plan. (A copy of the 2010 to 2014 plan is being sent out with this notice).
Confirm the Executive appointments made at the A.G.M. (List of appointments sent out with this notice).
